"I offer you peace.

I offer you love.

I offer you friendship.

I see your beauty.

I hear your need.

I feel your need.

I feel your feelings.

My wisdom flows from the Highest Source.

I salute that Source in you.

Let us work together for unity and love." -Quote by Mahatma Gandhi

I fell on my backside and pain followed me from behind for months... I laugh every time I tell the story of my "big fall." That uncomfortable feeling of being off balanced or tripping while walking, how about a slip on a patch of black ice if you can, you understand my pain. Having a good sense of balance means having both a mental and physical grounding. A meditation practice that includes yoga poses such as the elegant Tree Pose (trust me it's not as easy as it looks) over time it builds tremendous inner and outer strength as you learn to balance on one leg.

The Tree Pose is a great way to improve focus and concentration while relaxing your mind. Once you have mastered this pose, you will see all the benefits like a gentle sway of a tree rooted and basking in the sunlight.

Here's a list of a few benefits of Tree Pose practice; stretches the thighs, groins, torso, and shoulders. It strengths the ankles, calves, and tightens the abdominal muscles.
