Being Kind

Be Kind to your heart while sharing a gentle warmth of kindness with Everyone. I know sometimes kindness can be challenging to give to those who oppose those who smile at life.

That is why the Grinch tried to steal Christmas.

The holiday season can bring sadness and joylessness to some of us who are missing the pure feeling of being loved. A friend reminded me that it must be hard not to have love in your heart to give or to receive. Simply stated: she said, "How Sad!"

It opened me to think and feel the hopelessness that a lack of Love can bring. I am truly Blessed to know Love for myself, my family, and the gift that is through the kindness of friends and strangers whom I greet.

You cannot demand kindness or love, but you can accept it from your own heart and choose to love thy neighbor even in the times of unkindness in life.

This Christmas is a beautiful time to gift the gift of Love; to your own Heart and feel how Divine yourself can be.
