Following the Roadmap we come to our second stop; The Tree of Life a symbol of strength, positive energy, well being, creativity, abundance, and the manifestation of a bright future.

From our treasure chest of jewels, we are now at the colors of orange, found just below the navel and is called Sacral, Svadishtana, or Navel Chakra.


Inner well-being or owning our true self-means we are in balance with our emotions; we are confident, we have self-respect, and are happy with who we are.


An imbalance of this life-giving Chakra will be felt in the abdomen area or in the ovaries for women. Sensitivity or aches are triggers that we need to attend to our emotions. If not addressed our sacral chakra area can manifest as sharp pain, aches, tingling in the lower abdomen or lower back. Long-term neglect may lead to more serious conditions such as PMS (Pre-menstrual syndrome), menstrual flow, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), endometriosis, testicular disease, prostatic disease.


The Laws of Attraction are principals based on the laws of the Universe. These Laws govern how you attract what you desire into your life and how what you focus or meditate on will become your reality.


Nourish yourself by using the Laws of Attraction principals during meditation along with wearing or using gemstones that are orange such as amber has a powerful influence in aiding in healing this most vital part of our own Tree of Life.
